We’ve had ongoing issues with the roof installation, including clear failure of the silicone coating and water intrusion into multiple units. We’ve contacted the company many times with delayed or vague responses and still no clear resolution or repair plan. Communication and follow-through have been poor. We hope these issues are resolved moving forward.
