10/10 all aspects. Last weeks big storm came through and created a leak in our roof. I called first thing the next morning. I think from the time I called till Tim showed up was maybe an hour. He did his inspection both with a drone and visually found the leak in one of the gas fireplace pipe vents. He repaired it on the spot. Jeff was absolutely outstanding! He was quickly able to pinpoint and resolve an issue my previous roofer couldn't fix. The level of service and professionalism was above and beyond. He was fast and honest. no upselling, no drama, answered all my questions and was super responsive. highly recommended!
