Two stars because the tech that came out was crazy friendly and very knowledgeable. I had called my home warranty because I had a minor leak in my roof I am pretty sure that I new exactly what it was but did not want do the repair myself. Great to work with! They were fair and transparent about all pricing. Worked with us to get the best quality product we could afford. The actual installation went smoothly and they followed up with us twice to ensure everything was completed properly and our property cleaned up in full. Highly recommend them!

Thank you Brooklyn … she changed my view on this company … honesty and not trying to mKe money …..Just need roofing estimate but seems like they dont care… first someone lilly said elite does not do drone estimate. Then someone else told they do and will perform last Friday. As of today have not heard from them. Not even courtesy appointment reminder. I will think twice even and if I ever get estimate
